I tried several careers before discovering user experience design, including international project management and finance. What I love about my job is that I get to help designers understand business and strategy, and help strategy and product teams understand design.
In my current role as UX director, I manage and support a team of five designers. As a team we come together to solve tax for good for our enterprise customers. I love talking about UX research and design, and am always up to brainstorm a product or business idea.
